About Shoreline Engineering

Shoreline Engineering was set up in 2009 by John Nelson and has been continually growing ever since. John's time is served in a machining enviroment working on precision timing belt manufacture mainly but with a general engineering grounding.

At First we took on agricultural repair projects, refurbishing worn machinery, skimming flywheels etc. We then started to work for the local sawmill, initially re-making broken or worn parts, then on to design and installation projects. After purchasing the VMC we picked up some sub contract work for the Oil and Gas industry where we make small stainless components and mud bucket parts.

We pride ourselves on having a can do attitude and strive to find our way around problems encountered on a daily basis when repairing worn machinery or on complicated to manufacture components.
